This Week in Warrior Sports Jan. 5-11, 2026Stan State Athletics closed out the calendar year with momentum across multiple programs, highlighted by strong home basketball performances, major academic recognition through a United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America honor, and national recognition for men's soccer with All-America and Academic All-America selections. Men's and women's basketball opened CCAA play at The Fitz, while indoor track & field earned an early NCAA provisional mark. The closing stretch of the year also included Hall of Fame announcements, season-opening previews for baseball and softball, and the annual Warrior Athletics Crab Feed set for Saturday, February 28, as the Warriors transition into the heart of the 2025–26 campaign.
