Stan State Warrior baseball player Robert Valdivia was the recipient of the Stanislaus State American Kinesiology Association (AKA) Award. Valdivia recorded the highest-grade point average (GPA) in the single subject matter in physical education.

As announced this morning by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA), Stan State's Chris Chomyn was named to 2025 NCAA Division II PING All-West Region Team.  This is the second year in a row that Chomyn has earned this prestigious honor.

As announced this afternoon by the NCAA Division II Track & Field Championships Committee, Stan State's trio of Trent Lauderdale, Mila Real, and Annie Wild are heading to the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships.  This year's championships are set for May 22-24, 2025, at the CSU-Pueblo ThunderBowl on the campus of Colorado State Pueblo in Pueblo, Colo. Wild will be running in the women's 1500-meter run while Real will be competing in the women's 400-hurdles.  Lauderdale will be running in the men's 400-hurdles.

As announced this afternoon, four members of the Stan State women's tennis team were named to 2024-2025 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Tennis Teams as selected by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).  These four Warrior student-athletes are Abbigail Mulick, Annabelle Mulick, Alyssa Tay, and Emma Yu.
