The Warrior volleyball team will host UC Merced this Thursday, October 16th at 5:00 p.m. at The Fitz. Both Stan State women's and men's soccer teams will host Cal State San Marcos this Sunday, October 19th at Warrior Stadium. The Warrior women will host the Cougars in Youth Soccer Day beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. It will be the Warrior men's soccer team's Senior Day versus CSUSM at 2:00 p.m. Prior to the match, Stan State will honor its seven seniors in Angel Ruiz-Hernandez, Federico Barbieri, Ian Reis, Landon Leal Ruiz, Ryan Rosas, Samuel Villanueva, and Anthony Sanchez for their contributions to the program.
- No. 3 Warriors Blank No. 16 Cal Poly Pomona for Third Straight Win Over Ranked FoeThe No. 3 Warriors remained unbeaten and continued their dominant defensive form Saturday afternoon, taking down No. 16 Cal Poly Pomona, 1-0, at Kellogg Stadium. With the win, Stanislaus State improved to 9-0-1 overall — its most victories in a season since 2015 — while earning its fifth shutout and third consecutive victory over a nationally ranked opponent.
- Stan State Draws with No. 1 Cal Poly Pomona Behind Maragos' GoalThe Stanislaus State women's soccer team earned an impressive 1–1 draw against No. 1 Cal Poly Pomona on Sunday afternoon at Kellogg Stadium. Olivia Maragos scored her team-leading fourth goal of the season, extending her streak to three straight matches with a goal as the Red and Gold closed out a strong result on the road against the nation's top-ranked Broncos. Kellyann Rodriguez assisted on the goal by Maragos.
- Stan State Pushes Cal State Los Angeles to Four Sets in Dig Pink MatchDespite a determined effort and a strong third-set win, the Stanislaus State volleyball team pushed Cal State Los Angeles to four sets before falling, 3–1 (19–25, 18–25, 25–22, 21–25), in Saturday's annual Dig Pink Match at Fitzpatrick Arena. Tate led the Warriors with 11 kills and four blocks as Stan State totaled 11 team blocks against one of the CCAA's top teams.
- Warriors Wrap Up Fall at Otter Invitational in SeasideThe Stanislaus State men's golf team will close out its fall season Monday and Tuesday, October 13–14, at the Otter Invitational, hosted by Cal State Monterey Bay at the Bayonet and Black Horse Golf Courses.
- No. 13 Stan State Women Take Second at SF State Invitational Without Top Six RunnersLed by a strong team effort, the No. 13-ranked Stanislaus State women's cross country team — currently the No. 1 team in the West Region according to the latest USTFCCCA/NCAA Division II rankings — finished second out of 13 teams with 67 points at the SF State Invitational on Friday afternoon at Golden Gate Park's Speedway Meadows.
- Warrior Basketball Tip-Off Dinner Set for Nov. 5 at Dust Bowl Brewing CompanyStan State Men's and Women's Basketball will host their Tip-Off Dinner on Tuesday, November 5 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Dust Bowl Brewing Company in Turlock, Calif.
- Jackson Oliveira Captures SF State Invitational Title, Warriors Finish Fourth in Team StandingsSophomore Jackson Oliveira captured the individual title and twin brother Mason finished third as the Stanislaus State men's cross country team placed fourth overall at the San Francisco State Invitational on Friday at Speedway Meadow in Golden Gate Park.
- No. 3 Stan State Tops No. 24 Cal State San Bernardino, 3–2, Behind Goals from Duran, Flores and YepezNo. 3 Stanislaus State continued its unbeaten start to the season with another ranked victory Friday afternoon, defeating No. 24 Cal State San Bernardino, 3–2, in a California Collegiate Athletic Association matchup at Premier Field. Emmanuel Duran opened the scoring in the fourth minute off assists from Adrian Yepez and David Lozano, Gerardo Flores added his sixth of the season in the 62nd minute from Duran, and Yepez netted the game-winner in the 75th minute to lift the Warriors to their third win over a ranked opponent this season.
- Maragos Scores Team-Leading Third Goal As Warriors Draw 2–2 At CSUSBStanislaus State earned a hard-fought road draw Friday afternoon, playing to a 2–2 tie with Cal State San Bernardino in CCAA women's soccer action at Premier Field. The Warriors, who were ranked 10th in last week's United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division II West Region rankings, jumped out to an early lead behind goals from Olivia Maragos and a first-half own goal before the Coyotes rallied to equalize in an entertaining opening 20 minutes.
