    Program Overview:
    STAIRWAY TO RESILIENCE is designed to support students in building emotional strength and resilience. This closed group offers a safe and supportive space to explore challenges such as managing difficult emotions and fostering meaningful connections. Through a structured, step-by-step approach, participants will:


    • Learn tools to handle emotional ups and downs
    • Strengthen communication and trust
    • Develop coping skills for personal growth and well-being
    • Receive encouragement and practical strategies for healing and resilience

    Each session includes homework to help participants immediately apply new skills. Together, we’ll work toward building confidence, emotional balance, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges effectively.
