Grade Level: 1st and 2nd (9am - 12pm) Grade Level: 3rd and 4th (1pm - 4pm) Get Sparked: The Electrifying World of Machining and Power is an activity-based project exploring the relationship between electricity and machining through real-world applications. Students will investigate how electrical energy powers machining while exploring circuits, insulators, and conductors, deepening their understanding of electrical principles. Through this project, students will investigate as scientists and solve problems as engineers, applying STEM concepts to design and test their own electrically driven prototypes. This camp will include instruction from Stan State faculty in Science Education.
