The RISE Leadership Academy fosters an environment of mutual support and encouragement, where students can strengthen their leadership capacity, network with and build the confidence needed to excel academically, community-wide and in their future careers.

The RISE program is rooted in the principles of resilience, inclusivity, self-discovery, empowerment, social justice, and cultural awareness, and aims to equip participants with the skills and strategies necessary to navigate leadership roles in diverse settings, while staying grounded in their cultural identity.
