INDIANAPOLIS — The NCAA released its first set of Division II men's soccer Super Region rankings on Tuesday (Oct. 29), with No. 1 Stan State listed among the programs receiving consideration in Super Region 4. The initial regional release lists all teams alphabetically and serves as the first step in the NCAA postseason selection process for the Division II Men's Soccer Championship. The full rankings are available at NCAA.com.
Super Region 4 includes programs from the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA), Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC), Lone Star Conference (LSC), Pacific West Conference (PacWest), and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC). Among the teams receiving consideration this week are Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Dominguez Hills, Cal State LA, CSU Pueblo, Cal State San Bernardino, Fort Lewis, Hawai'i Hilo, Midwestern State, Point Loma Nazarene, Seattle Pacific, Stanislaus State, and Western Washington.
The Warriors are currently 13-0-1 overall and 7-0-1 in the CCAA, holding the No. 1 national ranking in the United Soccer Coaches Men's NCAA Division II Poll. Stan State has already clinched its first CCAA Tournament berth since 2015 and remains one of only seven unbeaten teams in Division II men's soccer.
Stanislaus State has also officially secured a spot in the 2025 CCAA Soccer Championships, which begin with first-round matches on Saturday, Nov. 9, at the sites of the higher seeds. The next Super Region 4 rankings will be released on Wednesday, Nov. 5, with the NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Championship Selection Show scheduled for Monday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. ET on www.ncaa.com.
