Da'Myiah Lewis Earns All-CCAA Team Honors
TURLOCK, Calif.--- This afternoon, the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) announced Stan State guard Da'Myiah Lewis has been named to the 2024-2025 All-CCAA Women's Basketball Second Team.
Lewis averaged 17 points, 8.8 rebounds, two assists, and 1.52 steals per game this season for the Warriors. Lewis started in all 25 of the games she played in while averaging 34 minutes per game. She shot 36.4% from the field, 26.4% from beyond the arc, and 75.6% in free throws. Lewis's 118 free throws were the most in the CCAA.
On February 6th, 2025, the Warriors faced Chico State, where Da'Myiah Lewis recorded a career-high 31 points and combined those with 13 rebounds for a double-double. Lewis was 10-20 from the field and 11-12 in free throws.
Throughout the season, the San Francisco, Calif. native scored 20 or more points in eight of her 25 games played. Da'Myiah Lewis recorded double digits in 22 of her 25 games, scoring 426 points this season and snagging 219 rebounds in her 849 minutes of play. She earned ten double-doubles total this season, finishing 38th in all of NCAA Division II in double-doubles during the regular season.
Da'Myiah Lewis recorded season highs of 15 rebounds (vs. Cal State East Bay, Jan. 20th, 2025), five three-point shots made (at Central Washington, Nov. 8th, 2024), 11 free throws (twice this season), 10 field goals made (twice this season), six assists (vs. Cal State Los Angeles, Feb. 15th, 2025), and four steals (vs. Academy of Art, Nov. 16th, 2024).
