Stan State received votes in the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Preseason Poll, released Tuesday, earning national recognition heading into the 2026 season.

The Stan State men's golf team, coached by Brandon Christianson, has been recognized for its success in the classroom, earning the 2025-26 PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).

Stan State men's golfers Chase Bird and Riley Kirk have been named 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars, as announced Monday by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). Bird and Kirk were among 205 NCAA Division II student-athletes from 75 institutions to earn the prestigious academic honor.

Stan State women's soccer alumna Makeila Yancey has signed her first professional contract, joining Lithuanian champions FC Gintra for the remainder of the 2026 season. The move marks Yancey's first club in Europe as she begins her professional career.
