    This event features the thesis proposal of Daniela Ceja Gomez, a graduate student in the Master of Science in Psychology program at California State University, Stanislaus. Daniela’s proposed study, A Self-Management Packaged Intervention to Decrease Social Media Usage and Increase Alternative Activities, aims to evaluate an intervention designed to help individuals independently reduce time spent on social media platforms and replace that behavior with meaningful, alternative activities aligned with personal values and goals.
