Through a series of interactive workshops, group discussions, and self-directed assignments, participants will explore the intersection of leadership, cultural heritage, and personal growth. The RISE Leadership Academy fosters an environment of mutual support and encouragement, where students can strengthen their leadership capacity, network with and build the confidence needed to excel academically, community-wide and in their future careers.
The RISE program is rooted in the principles of resilience, inclusivity, self-discovery, empowerment, social justice, and cultural awareness, and aims to equip participants with the skills and strategies necessary to navigate leadership roles in diverse settings, while staying grounded in their cultural identity.
