<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">STAIRWAY TO RESILIENCE is a 6 to 8-week group therapy program designed to support students in building a foundation of emotional strength and resilience. This group provides a safe and supportive space to explore challenges such as managing difficult emotions and fostering a sense of connection with yourself and others.

Through a structured, step-by-step approach, participants will learn tools to handle emotional ups and downs, strengthen communication and trust, and develop coping skills that support personal growth and well-being. The group focuses on providing understanding, encouragement, and practical strategies to help participants create a path toward healing and resilience.

Each session offers an opportunity to take meaningful steps forward in a supportive community. Each session will assign homework, so participants can utilize and practice the new skills immediately. Together, we’ll work toward building confidence, emotional balance, and the skills to navigate life’s challenges effectively. Closed Group- Registration and Intake at CAPS are required before the first group meeting on March 13.
